  3. Various Building Licences (1 2 3 )
  4. The Building Declaration Deed - Escritura de Obra Nueva duly registered at the Land Registry
  5. The Architects’ Certificate of Finalisation of Works
  6. The Habitation Licence
  7. Copy of the Decennial Building Insurance Policy – a legal requirement in Spain for a newly built property, providing the purchaser with certain guarantees in relation to its construction.
